Lemon Ginger Water

-4 (1) inches cubes of Ginger
-2 lemons squeezed 
-dash (and only a dash) of cayenne pepper
-4oz of water 
....blend together, strain to get the ginger pieces out and mix with 1 gallon of water (distilled is best, but any is better than one!)

🍹Drink up this mixture in 1 day to feel hydrated, lighter, more alert & rid your body of the toxins.
