Learning how to balance life and me time is not easy, every day is a struggle.
I need to do this because..... (the house needs cleaning, the laundry is not done, this project needs to be completed, work, family responsibilities, etc)... What I want to do can wait until tomorrow (workout, paint, go for a walk, eat right, etc)
Realize (and I am speaking to myself) a lot of the things we call LIFE keep us down and tomorrow never comes because 'there will always be a tomorrow'
WE , I, NEED to make time for myself so that I will have more TIME for all those things that will keep happening in my life.
DON'T LET LIFE PIN YOU DOWN....
I swear to you, I do not sit around all day hunting down this type of info, however, I found this really interesting. I can tell you that my 'habits' completely changed when I began using Shakeology and just that alone is a reason for me to keep using it.
Personally I have no issues discussing it, so if you want to talk about how you can feel better, let's do that.
